Public Art Saint Paul, in collaboration with the The City of Saint Paul and Ryan Companies, seeks qualified Artists or Artist-Led Teams for a public art commission for a new urban village development in Saint Paul, called “Highland Bridge.” The public art will help to embody and express values, visions, and goals of this new area, the former site of a Ford Motor Company factory.
