The City of Saint Paul Parks Department and Ryan Companies are seeking additional community feedback on the final elements of the parks planned for Highland Bridge. After over a decade of planning, and many months of parks specific design with the Highland Bridge Parks Advisory Committee, we are excited to share the refined parks plans with the broader community.
